What is the appropriate age for the ‘Recipes for Growing Me’ Book Series
The Recipes for Growing Me series is designed to be a helpful guide for parents/caregivers for infants aged 6, 9, and 12 months old. The books can be read by parents or older siblings to the younger ones; but, many parents also enjoy reading the book with children of any age, as it is educational for everyone. Currently, the 6-month-old edition is available; with 9 and 12-month editions coming soon. The series provides various food options, and highlights which ones to avoid during this developmental stage. These are recommendations only. For specific guidance please consult your paediatrician.

What material are your onesies made from?
Our standard onesies are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. 

Can you customize onesies?
This has been a growing demand in our community and we expect to make this service available soon.

 

Gifts

Do you provide a gift wrapping option?
We offer printed tissue paper, you can add to any order. Buying a Gift Set? We provide a complementary card and envelope you can write in, so that you are all set for a baby shower, or gifting!

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Payment is collected immediately after placement of your order.

How do you calculate sales tax?
Sales tax is charged according to your place of residence and calculated according to the type of purchase made. For example, in Canada, books are subject to 5% GST only. In some provinces, children’s clothing may be subject to both provincial and federal tax.

 

Shipping

Where does Watch Me Bloom ship to?
Currently, we ship across Canada and the United States. If you are outside of North America, some of our products can be found on Amazon.com marketplaces. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
Canada Post.

What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout through Canada Post.

Can I track my order?
Yes. If you select expedited shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped and can track it on the Canada Post website: http://www.canadapost.ca

Do I have to pay duty if I live in the US?
If you reside outside of Canada, your purchase may be subject to duty fees.

 

Returns / Exchanges

What happens if I decide to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you receive the item and would like to return it, you may do so by following our Return Policy below.

What is your return policy?
We make every effort to ensure 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days. If 30 days have passed, we will offer credit in the form of a customized gift/discount code on your next purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in its original packaging. See our full Refund Policy here.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
In the event the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge or refund your purchase (in the original payment used) within 30 days.

 

Can I exchange my item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (ie., if there is a sizing issue), send us an email at hello@watchmebloom.ca

Downloadable products and sale/clearance items are non-refundable.
